Beginner Adult Ballet

Perfect for brand new dancers or those returning after time away. Focus on foundational technique, terminology, posture, and building confidence in a fun and supportive environment.

A gentle, structured introduction that sets dancers up for success in Level 2.

Socks or ballet slippers recommended.

Elementary Adult Ballet

For adults building on Level 1 and ready to expand their movement vocabulary, coordination and foundational technique.

Increase strength, power and flexibility for the ability to lift heavier weights, move faster and reach further. Build your best body with a challenging sequence of cardio, muscle conditioning and core training.

Please note, each class starts in the Cycle Studio and finishes in Studio 1.

Pre-Pointe

Targeted strength and technique for dancers preparing for pointe, or wanting to deepen foundational strength. Pointe shoes not required, but welcome once approved by Suzy.

This class is also open to beginners who want to build strength and stability in their ankles and feet within a supportive, progressive environment.
