Advanced & Intermediate Karate

Designed for experienced students looking to refine techniques, speed and power. Training includes advanced forms (Kata), Kata applications (Bunkai), realistic sparring (Kumite) and strategic drills with a strong focus on discipline, precision and mental focus. 

These classes emphasize physical ability and core karate values such as respect, perseverance and confidence.

Functional Mobility

Join Chris Manansala for an intensive series featuring his creative mobility exercises designed to restore and rejuvenate.

This workshop style progressive program will help participants increase usable range of motion, build joint strength, and improve control over movement patterns. It will greatly benefit those wishing to recover from persistent injury or mitigate age/stress related challenges.
