Fascial Mobility

Join Therapeutic Fascial Mobility Specialist Sam Karimi for a one to one 45 minute personalized session.

Each session includes fascial release using a Theragun, assisted stretching techniques, and targeted muscle activation exercises. Benefits include reduced muscle and joint pain, improved posture and enhanced relaxation.

Fitness Benchmark Testing

Join YWCA Kinesiologist Cameron Hunt for a 60 minute testing session to establish your fitness benchmark and focus on achieving your athletic goals.

Anthropometrics determines wellness aspects such as your Aerobic Ability (VO2 max), Body Composition and Composite Musculoskeletal Fitness. This functional testing evaluates how your body changes over time to perform at your best. Feel rewarded and see how your hard work translates into reaching your goals.

Osteopathy

Join Osteopath and YWCA Trainer Brano Zadubenec for a one to one 30 minute osteopathy session.

Osteopathic treatment effectively relieves pain, improves posture, restores mobility and significantly improves quality of life. Health is the focus instead of the symptoms. This hands on approach works with the body framework (bones, muscles, joints, connective tissue and tendons) and internal organs to help restore and maintain health by changing circulation, metabolism, digestion, lymphatic drainage and respiration.

Shiatsu

Join Advanced Shiatsu Practitioner Cameron Hunt for a one to one 60 minute session. 

Shiatsu is a 2000 year old Japanese massage technique that combines gentle traction and acupressure to help the body find balance. This relaxing method works with the body’s myofascia helping improve posture, and facilitating tight muscles and joints to alleviate pain and improve function.

Beginner Adult Ballet

Perfect for brand new dancers or those returning after time away. Focus on foundational technique, terminology, posture, and building confidence in a fun and supportive environment.

Targeted strength and technique for dancers preparing for pointe, or wanting to deepen foundational strength. Pointe shoes not required, but welcome once approved by Suzy.
