From first-time swimmers to experienced athletes, our aquatic programs are designed to support every stage of your journey. Developed by our expert Aquatics team, our group swim and Masters programs help you progress at your own pace, whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned swimmer.

Programs

Our certified instructors and Lifeguards are trained in Water Safety Instruction and coaching, providing guidance, support and motivation in a safe, welcoming environment. With smaller class sizes, you’ll receive more personalized attention to help you reach your goals.

Swim Level 1: Learn

This program is designed for new swimmers or those with limited formal training who are looking to build confidence in the water.

Through guided instruction, this introductory class offers a supportive environment for participants looking to explore water skills, gain confidence and learn to float, glide and self-rescue.

Swim Level 2: Develop

This program is for swimmers ready to take the next step in their development.

Participants will build on freestyle and backstroke while being introduced to breaststroke, progressing skills and technique through structured swim progressions.

Swim Combo Level 2/3: Develop & Complete

This program is for the swimmer that has a strong foundation with the basics and is ready for new challenges. This program is a great stepping stone for those who are interested in developing a swim fitness routine, preparing for their first triathlon or competitive swim event.

Level 2: Able to swim 25 m, has introductory swimming foundations, and is able to support themselves and feel comfortable in deeper water.

Level 3: Able to swim minimum 50 m non-stop with strong swimming foundations.

Masters

This program is ideal for advanced swimmers or triathletes looking for a regular group workout.

Designed for those familiar with all four strokes and swim terminology, it offers a challenging and rewarding way to build fitness and endurance.

Able to complete between 2.0-2.8 km in 1 hour and is familiar with the four strokes, swim terminology, equipment, and basic drills.

Masters Drop-in

This program is designed for self-motivated swimmers who want to improve their skills, fitness, and performance in the water. Ideal for competitive swimmers or athletes looking to complement other training, sessions focus on stroke technique, endurance, and swim-specific conditioning.

Participants follow a structured program that includes technical drills, interval training, pace-based sets, and the use of a variety of training equipment. Workouts typically range from 2.2 to 3.0 km per session.

Booking Policies

We cannot guarantee a specific instructor or the same instructor for all of your group lessons. All instructors are trained to teach to lesson plans and can pick up from your previous session.
