Pay Transparency Act

In May 2023, the Province of BC passed the Pay Transparency Act, legislation designed to support employers in taking an equitable and transparent approach to employee compensation and helping ensure there are no pay differences based on gender. Under this legislation, YWCA BC (formerly YWCA Metro Vancouver) is required to report annually on pay transparency in alignment with the Pay Transparency Act.

Senior Manager, Fund Development Operations

The Senior Manager, Fund Development Operations provides strategic and operational leadership for the Fund Development Department, overseeing the fundraising CRM (Raiser’s Edge) and ensuring the accuracy of donor and financial data.

They lead the integration of new technologies that support best practices across fundraising operations and drives process improvements to enhance efficiency. They also oversee technical training and support the ongoing development of the Fund Development team.

Early Childhood Educator
