Event Description

Free workshops offered to YWCA staff, volunteers, participants, Health and Fitness Members and supporters of the Y, running Mondays at lunch, from May through October.

This free educational series is hosted by Kim, our amazing Rooftop Garden Coordinator.

Each session focuses on seasonal urban gardening skills and offers a chance to learn, connect and get more involved in the YWCA Rooftop Garden during your lunch hour. We hope to see you there!

 


What to Expect
  • Sessions offered Mondays from 12:00pm - 1:00pm
  • Short, practical lessons paired with hands on garden activities
  • Monthly topics based on seasonal garden needs
  • Designed for all levels of interest and experience

 


How to Sign Up
  • Registration required at link below – no drop-ins please
  • Sessions will be released monthly
  • Space is limited to 10 attendees per session, we will keep a waitlist if sessions fill up
  • Please sign up for only one weekly session per month to allow for others to attend
  • At this time, we can not offer childminding at these workshops
